Bill Farnsworth is a 1980 graduate of the Ringling School of Art & Design. He spent most of his life in New Milford, CT painting landscapes of the rural area, while supporting his family with a growing illustration career. He has spent more than 34 years as an illustrator and fine artist. He is a signature member of the Oil Painters of America, American Society of Marine Artists, and the American Society of Impressionists. Awards include those from Oil Painters of America National and Regional shows, a "Best in Show" at the 10th Biennial National Show in Punta Gorda, and a Bronze Medal in the 2013 OPA Summer Salon.
